Orders & production
How are Voxel products made?
Every piece is designed in-house and 3D printed layer by layer, then cleaned, checked and finished by hand before packing.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most pieces are printed to order and are ready within 3–5 working days. Large or custom pieces may take a little longer — we will always tell you before we start.
Can I choose a different color?
Yes. Many products come in several colors. If the color you want is not listed, send it to us from the Suggest a Color page and we will check if we can print it.
Do you make custom or personalised pieces?
We do. Names, logos and special sizes are possible on many items. Talk to us with your idea and we will send you a quote.
Shipping & payment
Where do you deliver?
We ship to all governorates in Egypt. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after your order is ready.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout.
Materials & care
What material do you use?
We mainly print with PLA, a plant-based material made from renewable sources such as corn starch.
How do I clean my Voxel piece?
Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep it away from direct high heat such as car dashboards in summer or dishwashers.
Returns & corporate
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will reprint or replace it.
Do you offer corporate and bulk orders?
Yes — branded gifts, event giveaways and office accessories for orders over 100 items. Fill in the Corporate Deals form and our team will contact you with a special quotation.
